Version 0.3.1
The player compiles successfully. The Windows interface checks passed for fullscreen hiding, bottom-edge reveal, volume changes without opening the controls, overlay timeout, restored windowed controls and donation choices. The rendered player and volume graphic were inspected.
The existing checks for audio gain limiting, conversion progress, accessibility text size and subtitle timing also passed.
The real-disc test passed on G:/VIDEOS/PLAYER01.AVI: playback startup, pause, single-frame stepping, one-minute keyboard seeks in both directions, seek overlays without revealing controls, changed playback speed, mute, seeking near the end, stopping on the final frame and releasing streaming handles. A timing-rounding stall when resuming after a seek was found and corrected. Installation, updating, uninstalling and playback on a clean Windows computer still need testing. This release remains a beta.
The release contains application files, documentation, dependencies and license materials. Movies and the original proprietary codec are excluded.
MP4 export checks
Tests passed for both encoders, AAC audio, duration, full-disc joining, cancellation, failure cleanup and protecting previous output. Short exports from the inserted MovieCD passed for H.264 and H.265. Both files contained 74 video frames with matching audio duration and decoded without reported errors.
